Saturday Delivery

• Cost £10
• Gift Packaging
• Order before 10am on Friday for same day dispatch
• You will need to be at home to receive the package and a signature is required on delivery.
• This option is not available for rings, any resin pieces, studs, the Silver Hearts Collection, the Heritage Collection, or specified pieces in the Woodland Trust Charity Collection.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

Postal Losses

All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 14 working days. To make a claim please complete our Postal Loss Claim Form. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date.
